From first contact w/Teagan I was impressed by her professionalism & accurate assessment of property

Teagan is an energetic, cheerful and easy-going young woman who is very clearly focused on building her reputation as an honest and hardworking RE Agent. She went over and above the call of duty IMO, to ensure I was happy with everything she was doing to sell my property and despite a little set back (withdrawal of first buyer's offer) Teagan worked diligently to provide the best service I could have asked for and the house was then sold to the right buyer very quickly. Showing and selling property for someone like me - a person under some financial pressure and personal time-constraint based stress while the property was on the market - was, at times I know, felt by Teagan too but she has a remarkable ability to remain calm, positive and enthusiastic, when I was not. The personal pressure I experienced was something over which I had no control and as this pressure mounted Teagan remained steadily reliable, encouraging and committed to the task. As a single woman I can recommend Teagan to other women who may find male RE Agents pushy and/or dismissive. I know they mostly don't mean to be aggressive but too often some do not listen and begin "mansplaining" - which is offensive to a mature-aged single woman. I am not an inexperienced buyer and seller of property but I chose Teagan after feeling pressured by another agent to 1. get my tenants out before it was necessary and 2. spend money I didn't have on marketing photos and "dressing" the house for viewings. Teagan listened to me and not once did she suggest I should do anything to "enhance" the property for marketing. Thank you again for your committed, calm and personal friendly approach Teagan!
