We met Grace first time at one of the open inspection when my daughter was looking for a property to buy. At the very first glance we were impressed with the Grace's professional attitude towards us. She was open courteous and willing to help us. She spent fair amount of time with us. Unfortunately property got sold at a unbelieveable price at the auction. From that point onwards Grace helped us taking through various properties she had. At this time my daughter and I decided to sell our investment property through the Grace. We signed the contract on the same night and the campaign for the auction started in a week's time. We had couple of meetings in the period of four weeks. The day before the auction, we had a meeting with her manager and herself and explained us about what would occur at the auction. On the auction day, Grace and her team was there to take the potential buyers through the property and answer any queries. We set the reserve price and soon the auction started. The auction lasted for about 25 minutes and property was sold to our satisfaction. Grace is true champion and team player. She communicates effectively with patience and understands her clients needs and help them with a clear resolution. I don' have any hesitation in recommending her service to anyone.
