When I purchased my apartment form Biggin Scott several years ago the whole experience was seamless and simple! So when I decided to rent my apartment out it was a no brainer on who I would get to manage the property. From the moment I spoke to Alanna she was tentative and very responsive. My apartment wasn’t even up for lease for long until a tenant was secured. Every email/phone call to Alanna has been answered or returned asap. What I thought would be a stressful process has been effortless for me. Very professional and easy to deal with. Would not deal with any other real estate.
