- I was after a secure long term tenant. After meeting the tenant, they viewed property on line and expressed desperation to property urgently. It appears that this tenant will not stay and I question the commitment of your agency in honouring my request of a suitable tenant. - your agency requested they advertise unit for 530 per week. We believed it was too high given the age of the unit and the agreed rental was to be 490 per week. Some how your agency signed a lease for 460 per week. We have requested feedback to get this resolved. I have had a phone call with an apology and ownership of the error from our property manager but still no response on what action for the shortfall. We have tried to request some response on 3 occasions. - difficulty in getting basic response for contact details of tenants to get gas/electrical testing done. Being told its my trades responsibility to gain entry. Numerous requests for tenant contact details with no response.
