A good agent is key

I am lucky to have Kate Turville manage my small property. I left a prior local agency due to poor service & over priced fees. Kate is always prompt to reply to my queries & proactive. Whilst travelling recently, I felt very comfortable leaving her to lease my apartment in my absence. She had a very good 'sense' for the tenant I wanted. But most of all, when my last tenant moved out, they left the flat in an unclean state. Kate had them return, not once but twice to clean. On her 3rd inspection, she was still not satisfied, so she cleaned it herself. Impressed!
