Excellent service, amazing to work with.

Eva is amazing! She worked with us throughout the leasing process and assisted with feedback in relation to renovations that were required as well as providing contacts of tradespeople to assist. Eva kept in touch during as we undertook significant renovations and ensured that prior to leasing we had complied with all the government legislative tenancy requirements. After 1 open for inspection we had 5 quality applications and the property was leased in under a week. Eva’s input into the works to undertake resulted in a rental increase of nearly 25%.
