Since employing Biggin & Scott in Richmond to manage my property I have been very satisfied with the level of service provided. My property is a very small and basic apartment yet at no stage have I felt that my property has been treated as a low priority in comparison to more 'high profile' properties that my Agents have on their books. Anna Skapetis has always kept me well informed and carried out every task in a professional and timely manner. I appreciate the work she has done for me. More recently I have also been assisted by Crystal Motteroz in relation to some maintenance issues within my apartment and again I am more than satisfied with the outcome.
