Overall very pleased.

I have found my agent, Linda Cable, to be obliging, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. However I would have appreciated advice earlier concerning some problems with the state of the property when the tenants left. It was photographed straight after they had left then but these pictures were not shown to me then. Only when I inspected the property a few days later did I find that it was not left in in very good condition re cleanliness and some repars were needed. I would have appreciated earlier adivce about this, and also that I could claim something from the tenants' bond because of this. However when I asked for further action (another set of photos of the condition when the tenanrts moved in) she did photograph again. I had not asked before but would like to have a copy of these. Overall, I am really very happy to have Linda as my agent.
