Working Together

Biggin and Scott has two assets in Edward Hobbs and Tabitha Robb who successfully sold two properties for us. We did share some differences of opinion, however my wife and I would like to offer credit where credit is due. Edward and Tabitha’s determination and continued perseverance gave us the results we needed. Both properties were apartment derivatives of warehouse conversions. One of our properties was sold after sale, the other was sold under the hammer in a spirited Auction that achieved $1,000,000.00. My wife and I were particularly impressed by Tabitha's efforts behind the scenes taking a prospective couple through on her day off, they became the new owners! We would like to wish Edward and Tabitha all the very best in their future endeavours.
