Doug Doyle

Overall, I am happy with Doug's services. He is very approachable and professional. Just one issue: On the day that Doug negotiated the price between the purchaser and myself, his communication to me was that he managed to reach a reasonable price after a great deal of persuasion on his part and had already received a cheque from the purchaser. I was taken aback because I wasn't actually consulted about the price. It was the absolute minimum price I would have accepted. I will always wonder if I could have asked for more. It seemed that Doug was very pleased with the result and had decided the price for me. Admittedly, Doug made a few unsuccessful attempts to contact me during the day as I was very busy teaching. So maybe this issue is just circumstantial.
