Alan was fantastic and did everything that he promised he would do fora great result.

Alan showed his true commitment to this assignment. He promised regular communication and showed a strong desire to chase up as many prospects as he could find. Both he and Russel, the auctioneer, worked hard on auction day but even with 36 people we had no bids. Then that was where Alan really kicked. He followed up with other prospects who were not there on the day working with one Saturday night then finally made the sale on Sunday morning, the next day, with a price better than we thought we would get. Alan knows Richmond well and keeps his assignments down to a manageable level to ensure that he gives maximum attention. well done and thanks Alan and Russel.
