Great communication, excellent result

From start to finish, Jo was excellent in helping me through the process. It was my first time selling a property so she worked with my timeline that kept changing because of delays in renovations. Jo organised real estate stylists who were amazing and made my apartment look very appealing to potential buyers. I was contacted after every home opening to discuss the people that went through and level of interest. To top it all off, the price negotiated exceeded my expectations and I sold before auction. Would definitely recommend to anyone selling. Jo and Ed really know Richmond and were realistic in setting my expectations on sale price.
