Game Changer

Emily entered the sale of my property campaign late in the piece. I had specifically requested Emily due to the nature of the market and my belief that this property would benefit from a female perspective and approach. Unfortunately that did not happen, however, we got there in the end. On the day of auction, Emily’s ability to read the market and adapt her approach was clear. A snap decision to not pass the property in was due to Emily’s ability to communicate the risks if passing the property in, in the current quieting market, for the sake of $10-20k. A decision I do not regret and am thankful to Emily for speaking up when she was not the leading agent in the campaign, as well as her communication afterwards. Word of advice - if you want something to happen during your campaign, speak up and make sure it happens. Thanks Emily!
