Great communicator, and punctual with a sense of genuine professionalism.

Eddie was most knowledgeable of the estate market and had the ability to put it in process. He was persistent in his endeavor to get me results. We both agreed and placed the price to sell in the higher potential however when there were no calls in first few days of advertising, we spoke and lowered the value a tiny bit and in the first day on implementing this strategy he received one call and we both agreed to sell. This was followed up by a second call but contract was done. Eddie is a strait talker and does not trivialize or make too much of ''small talk''. His charges are low compared to the general charges and i would use his professionalism again if i had another property.
