Compliment from a Purchaser

Recently bought a property Eddie presented. While I know he was acting for the Vendor I appreciated his presentation of the property which was fair and comprehensive. As you would expect he highlighted all the good points and was very thorough in showing all features, but he didn't shy away from the property's shortcomings and openly discussed possible ways of dealing with them. Overall I felt his presentation of the property was very fair and up front. As a buyer I appreciated that he didn't try to oversell the property or conceal issues. Eddie's response to requests for documentation etc was also extremely efficient and he kept me well and accurately informed during the sale negotiations. If I were selling a property in the area I'd certainly look at using Eddie.
