Mark treated the property like it was his own, from the freshen-up to the auction day. He managed to find great tradespeople who could work over the holiday period! He knew just how much to put into the update without overcapitalising. He coordinated marketing, viewings and contract negotiations efficiently and with the wisdom of someone who has been doing this for a long time. The result was proof that the effort was worth it for all involved. I know the new owner will be very happy there.
