Outstanding result in the most difficult times

A family Property time to sell. Chris Churchill, (he likes CC) was recommended as an honest agent. Did I say difficult times? Covid had hit, no open house actually a tough time to list. We went private treaty no option. So he is doing appointments old school. So let’s talk the result. Highest price ever in the street. CC negotiated and negotiated for us, he was there for the building report, CC was there for 2nd building report. CC kept us advised at every twist and turn for the going on 2 month journey, enabling us to make the right decisions. We knocked back 3 offers in the time. We are happy, the buyer is happy. What a difference a professional diligent agent makes. I cannot rate higher Chris Churchill any higher.
