The Complete Professional

Nalda and I are so pleased Pat was the agent for the vendors. Pat readily understood our situation as possible purchasers and forthrightly represented the interests of the vendors. Pat knew the property and knew what we would want to know. If she was not sure she said so and made a point of finding out the answer. Pat was prepared to put herself out to enable us to visit the property at times convenient to us. On the occasions that we asked for more information from the vendor Pat took our enquiries to the vendor and provided us with a response promptly. Pat was also able to provide us with recommendations for local tradesmen for the plans we had. Exceeding expectations

Pat was highly recommended by a number of people - both vendors and purchasers - and despite the excellent reviews, she still managed to exceed expectations. From the very first contact, I felt comfortable and supported by Pat and I had no hesitation in handing the sale of our property to her.
