First Class sales & rental management

I first dealt with Peter Blackshaw Real Estate Gungahlin (PBG) when we purchased our first property in Amaroo in 2006. We sold that property in 2015 again using PBG as the managing agent. The selling experience was fantastic, Michael and the team were simply brilliant. A professional auction campaign with the property sold under the hammer above expectations. I cannot rate their sales division high enough. Given great past service, in 2018 I tapped into their property management division to look after our investment unit in Harrison. The team again was brilliant. First open house we had tremendous interest and I received solid advice from Craig on the right tenants to pick from. As I don't live in Canberra, I rely on PBG (especially Craig) to look after the place and he and the team have not let me down. From inspections, to rent management processes to just asking them for random maintenance assistance PBG have always acted professionally on my behalf. The tenants to must be happy as they have requested a 2 year extension on the original 1 year lease, always good news for an investor! I don't normally do business reviews but when you get good service then that business needs to be recognised for that.
