A fortunate choice

We are so pleased we selected Debbie to sell our Watson unit. From the beginning she made some helpful suggestions for us to present the unit in its best light then helped prepare a marketing strategy taking into account school holidays and several other issues we had not considered at all. Whilst the unit was on the market, she kept us fully informed on open days results including feedback received from potential buyers enabling us to improve our presentation or to obtain additional information of interest to buyers. Her communication with potential buyers was also excellent, she correctly predicted how many serious buyers would be attending the auction at which our reserve was comfortably exceeded.
