Breath of fresh air

We have a townhouse in Coombs that was between tenants and our real estate was struggling to fill the the house with new tenants. We were not overly impressed with the 8 months we were partnered with our real estate so while there was a lull in the tenancy we decided to branch out. My partner said she had a good experience as a tenant with peter blackshaw when she was renting in Phillip, so we sent Kylie an email and straight away were impressed with her professionalism and eagerness to get us a tenant at the price we wanted. Her constant updates and emails and videos were reassuring to see and we are happy to be seeing what the management fee actually goes towards. Kylie got us a tenant within the first week or 2 at the price we wanted so we couldn't be happier and will be happy to stay with Peter Blackshaw forever how long we own this townhouse for.
