John is a highly motivated person who has had many different business adventures over the years. He is very passionate about the South West, and believes it is easy to sell if you know you have a good product, and the South West is as good as it gets. You can be assured that you are dealing with an experienced local! During his 20 years in real estate, John has sold well over 1000 properties. Many of these properties have been repeat business. When John isn’t selling real estate, you’ll find him looking after his cattle and farm, fishing, enjoying the football season, or exploring the world with his sons. Zara has loved working within the real estate industry for the last 17 years, and has enjoyed every aspect of her career. Zara has also worked for REIWA for the past 10 years as a casual trainer and assessor, and is passionate about teaching and sharing her knowledge of the real estate industry with her students. Throughout Zara's extensive career within the industry, she has acquired many valuable skills, placing her in a great position as a Licensee and Owner to manage Blackwood Valley Real Estate. Zara lives on 6 acres in Bridgetown, where she enjoys tending to her ducks, dogs, miniature goats, sheep and garden. If she ever finds a spare moment, Zara loves photography, perusing the South West wine region, and enjoying all the beautiful scenic locations that this area has to offer. Prompt and effective sales person

We have worked with John both for the purchase and later sale of our Bridgetown property. Both times he was professional, prompt and effective throughout the process. If all real estate agents were operating at John’s standard, the market would be an easier place for everyone! He is transparent, fair and communicative and gets the best deal for all parties.

Right Place & Agent Right Time

We were looking at a couple of blocks that John had on the market in Bridgetown but after viewing decided they weren’t for us so thankfully & amazingly John advised us of a pocket listing that he may be able to convince the seller to list & sell…so another trip to Bridgetown & some entertaining conversations with John he was able to secure the listing and we purchased the block…great job great character…😊🙏👍thank you…
