Great problem solver

Essentially we had some issues that came up that we're out of ours and Lisa's control. But she acknowledged the issues we had and instead of ignoring them or leaving us in the lurch she looked for a solution which ultimately has resulted in both of us having a positive outcome. Things don't always go smoothly and that's okay but the way Lisa was able to handle the situation for a positive results speaks wonders of her professionalism, communication skills, character and capability as a problem solver Thanks Lisa.
