Such great experience!

Holy moly what a whirl wind the last month and a bit have been!!! We met Steve and Cheryl at an open home they were showing at a place we fell in love with and who were both a pleasure to deal with. Little did we know that this was the beginning of a relationship and a 3 property deal that saw Steve and Cheryl not only help us secure the home they were showing but also sell 2 houses for us which were subject to the sale of us getting into our dream family home. The thought of having to sell 2 homes in order to be able to purchase our next larger family home was just too much for us to actually take the next step so we had been putting it off for a long time but it was a vital step for us to move into the next chapter of our lives so it needed to be done. Steve and Cheryl took us and our situation on with full confidence and an enthusiasm which gave us a peace and assurance that we had made the right choice and not only was the process so easy but they sold both our homes at the first open home for prices that we were stoked with. So, they helped us buy our new home and sell our 2 houses all within 7 days!!! Something that we avoided for so long ended up being the best decision for our family and we are now living in our dream home and all thanks to Steve and Cheryl for making this not only stress free but such an enjoyable experience too.
