Highly recommended!

I used Boka real estate to assist with renting my property and help manage my property. The property managers are great. They cared, communicated very well and were very transparent. These guys take their jobs seriously and handle everything proactively. Being a landlord is tough enough, and I believe every busy landlord would appreciate someone who can make that a little easier.

Amazing Communication, Prompt Responses and Fantastic Advice

We recently signed up with Boka to lease our properties and our experience has been extremely positive. Excellent communication, always answering questions, great photos

Boka and Beth have been amazing to deal with, they have always been very responsive to any questions or concerns that I have had. They had great market insights and were able to get a better outcome than I originally expected. They also took amazing photos and ensured the property looked its best at all times.
