A Real Estate Agent that knows her stuff - no BS like some others
Ivana, is one of the best RE in Australia i've dealt with, I can tell you she will work tirelessly, her dedication and drive to the craft is paramount no wonder is an award winning RE, thanks Ivana!! I can tell you she's nothing like the stigma surrounding RE's she easy top 5 in my books.
An incredible professional who delivered an outstanding result for buyer and vendor
I firstly want to preface this review that I have been dealing with real estate agents now on a weekly basis for over 3 years on our home buying journey. My partner and I have only ever had experiences purchasing off the plan products direct from developers (having purchased 4 properties previously in this fashion) and since we embarked on the journey for our 'forever' home we've had an absolute roller coaster ride with other agents. To describe Ivana as a true professional from the very first open home would be a grave understatement of her services. I travel a fair bit for work and Ivana had no hesitations in making alternate arrangements to show the property outside of the schedule inspection times. She did this no less than 4 times prior to us putting in an offer and was also incredibly accommodating at short notice to facilitate bank vals and building inspections. Upon self-reflection, we would be incredibly difficult buyers to work with, as we have had some traumatic experiences in trying to buy a house for our family before and wanted to avoid that situation with this purchase. At no time whatsoever did Ivana make us feel bad with how involved she had to be to help facilitate the purchase. Actually, much to the contrary, she was incredibly supportive and if anything, gave our family the extra motivation to jump through all of our hurdles to guarantee the purchase of the property. In an affluent suburb where there are certainly other prominent agents in the area with a track record of moving product/property, I believe, and look forward to watching Ivana grow her presence as an accomplished agent in the area. I have no doubt that we will see more of Ivana if this is the sort of service she is providing her vendors and potential buyers. Would absolutely recommend and will look forward to opportunities to work with her in the future.
