Excellent communicator, understanding our needs and going above and beyond

We cannot speak highly enough of Ivana from Bokka Real Estate. Living in Newcastle while our property was in Edmondson Park meant we were completely reliant on the right agent — and from our very first phone call, Ivana stood out. At a time when we were struggling to get responses from our previous managing agency, Ivana was empathetic, proactive and decisive. That same afternoon she conducted a drive-by and agreed to meet me onsite at the same time the exit inspection was being done. The property required immediate attention. Rather than simply identifying issues, Ivana brought solutions. She arranged for Bokka’s trade painter to attend during the inspection so we could obtain a quote on the spot, negotiated a better rate on our behalf, and secured works to begin within days — despite it being the busy pre-Christmas period. She also coordinated additional quotes and co-ordinated with us to ensure everything stayed on schedule so marketing could commence without delay after repairs were completed. Ivana had Photography booked well in advance in our scheduled completion date 7 January.
