Expected a much better service - Buyer

I regularly shared feedback with Bikram and team throughout the duration of the buying process, but unfortunately the hassles kept on coming. Some of the major concerns I had were - The property was advertised to be built by a market leading builder, however it turned out to be built by a tier-3 builder. The settlement day was a nightmare as I was asked to pay for the permanent fixtures in the house, that was nowhere mentioned in the contract. I was asked to pay for those fixtures as a condition to receive the keys though the entire payment was transferred to the seller’s bank account already. All communication was taking place over the phone and nothing was on email, which led to a lot of misunderstandings and stress for me as the buyer. I was expected to receive a “Welcome Pack” from Bombay RE, but even after 2 weeks of settlement I got nothing but false promises that it is coming today. This made me feel rather very “Unwelcome”. I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because of their courtesy to listen to my grievances, though they did very little to address that. I wish this review helps them understand their development areas and improve their services.
