Sale of rural/lifestyle property - Greenwell Point

We engaged Carrie to sell a 100+ acre property at Greenwell Point in May 2021 though we had been in general discussions for some months beforehand where Carrie had given us advice on preparing the property for sale. Once we pressed the go button, Carrie arranged to list the property pronto and prepare marketing material etc. The property sold very quickly for a good price.
