Ethical, Knowledgeable, Switched on and got the job done!!

After purchasing a new property in Sapphire on the waterfront at Kingston our plans had changed and therefore decided to relist immediately after settlement. Not being immediately local we opted to list with the agent who we had purchased through. 4 months transpired with no follow up- no progress calls- no effort and unsurprisingly no result!! We found Boris after my wife did a bit of searching through all homes and saw the property below us and another in the adjacent building that were similarly priced albeit not as well positioned as ours all had 'under offer' and the common denominator was Boris!
