A very fair deal complimented by excellent service and honest communication

We bought a house through Boris and had a fantastic experience. We felt he was an honest broker who used a realistic market appraisal to bring the seller and the buyer to a mutually satisfactory agreement. He balanced the needs of the buyer and seller very effectively. We felt no pressure but ended up going beyond our initial spending plan to purchase a beautiful home that we initially considered beyond our means; almost unobtainable. It was frankly the nicest home we had inspected in 18 months of searching, very close to the area we wanted and on a much larger block. We feel we've acquired a great and unique family home which should prove to be an excellent investment. We're very pleased with the outcome and understand the seller is equally happy. We've since had contact from the seller that indicates this. Boris came across as very reasonable, entirely professional and particularly honest. He kept us informed during negotiations and presented great options and constructive advice. He is clearly concerned about developing and maintaining a positive reputation. He therefore worked hard and at all hours to secure a positive deal. Emails and texts from him late in the evening or early in the morning were common. He also went beyond normality to keep the deal moving. For instance when he heard from us that the conveyancing solicitor was not responding he made personal physical contact with them, successfully encouraging action. Similarly, when the bank's valuers came to inspect the house, he accompanied them and explained the various features of the property ensuring the best possible valuation. It was these little things that made the deal work producing superior outcomes. I also believe Boris seeks out and offers unique, perhaps boutique, homes. The house we purchased looks and feels a little like a personal resort, far from the standard suburban home. It represents a fantastic lifestyle choice to us. No one else seemed to offer that kind of living. Thanks Boris!

Honest , hardworking , new age

Having been a agent and knowing what I expected and what I wanted there was only one serious choice. Not only does the result speak for itself but the level class or service he provided was at level that restored my faith in the indrusty.
