Chadi came highly recommend by a friend and he ended up far exceeding our expectations. We were on a tight schedule paired with requirements we absolutely had to meet for this sale. Chadi jumped straight into action; advised us on best sale strategy, staging of the home, organised all the necessary documentation and advertisement. On top of this, he also acted as our buyer agent which we could not have been more grateful for. All within the first few days. Chadi kept us informed throughout this process. He was very upfront with expectations, involved cost and sale price. At no point did we feel like any of the information was disingenuous. In fact, everything was explained very clearly to us and I really appreciated his professionalism, integrity and sincerity. We would without a doubt recommend Chadi to anyone wanting to sell their house. Absolutely went above and beyond and we truly couldn't have asked for a better outcome.
