James Market and industry knowledge is second to none. He has been a pleasure to deal with from day one until settlement and has gone above and beyond. We had our house on the market pre-pandemic and were concerned we wouldn't sell given the market conditions when the pandemic hit. James did not waiver from his commitment to sell our property and weeks into the pandemic sold our property at the asking price we were hoping pre-pandemic.
