Simply amazing service!

We came across our new home on the internet whilst visiting Perth from the the southwest to look at other properties. Kyle responded immediately to our call and arranged a private viewing with the vendors at short notice on a Sunday. On meeting Kyle we felt very comfortable with his friendly and professional approach. Kyle was honest and transparent guiding us through the negotiation process and nothing was too much trouble. Over the period leading up to settlement (and beyond) we felt at times we were bombarding Kyle with questions and queries, but nothing phased him and he always got back to us with an answer. He was even able to help getting some additional electrical work done outside of the contract at short notice. We cannot rate Kyle highly enough and highly recommend his services. A breath of fresh air.
