Amazing customer service

We had been through Bowmaker for the last 3 years and during that time experienced friendly attentive service from everyone at Bowmaker, especially Ashlea Robinson. In addition to that we believe that Bowmaker have just the right balance in place so you can feel at peace in the property you rented and can make it your home while you are there, which is very important to us when we live very busy lives working/commuting into the city every day. After our current landlord unexpectedly and without explanation decided to change to another real estate agency then sell straight away, the resulting experience we had with the new agent quickly made us realise how high Bowmaker's standards are and how great they are to deal with in comparison. We contacted Ashlea Robinson to say we wanted to come back with Bowmaker and were delighted at the standard of the properties on offer with Bowmaker. After viewing one beautiful home, we were delighted to be given a glowing reference by Ashlea and to be approved for the property within an hour which is unheard of in the rental market.
