•Company disclosing information which once we settled resulted in becoming a very traumatic and emotional experience. We were horrified to found out that a major incident had taken place on our property in the lead up to the sale yet this information was withheld to ensure maximum commission. When confronting the team, the owner of bowman and company said that he knew the entire time, yet other members said they were never informed of the incident and therefor did not tell nor my partner or myself. We are absolutely heart broken and feeling betrayed as this was a matter we stressed. The property management was also very dis honest. The person living in our home (seeing their lease our after settlement) was NOT on the lease as he was not approved due to rental history. Bowman were aware of this but did not do anything about it and unfortunately we paid the cost. When the tenant moved out the left the house in absolute filth, overstaying their lease and Bowman and company collected the keys from the letter box of our property, whilst allowing the tenant to still have access to the property that night as he was still in the home when the realestate collected the keys. The realestate then allowed the tenant to come back to the property with another chance to clean, this resulting in the tenant returning to our property drunk, aggressive and abusive and ultimately the police had to be phoned to the property to defuse the situation. My partner and I are devastated, heartbroken and traumatised by our experience with bowman and company and were VERY saddened by the level of dishonesty throughout. Would never recommend
