•What a pleasure it was to buy from Katrina. Her market knowledge is exemplary, her communication consistent and clear. Whilst it was always clear she acted in the best interests of her vendor, she was also realistic about how much we were willing to pay, and because of that she secured the deal. A win for both sides. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Katrina as an agent who is outcomes driven, but also displays integrity throughout the process.
Katrina, was selected from a long list of local agents we had interviewed. Originally, my wife and I gave her the gig as we loved her energy, positivity, the way she presented and of course her passion for property and knowledge of the area. We were wowed during the pre-styling and showing phase with her preparation and attention to detail in arranging everything as we are time poor and she took all the stress and hard work of our hands. Katrina made it all easy for us providing options for and then organising and being available whilst diff stylists, removalists, gardeners, window cleaners, marketing, photographers and others came through to make our place present as best it could be. Next came the showing of the apartment. She was fab, not only in tirelessly taking everyone through and making many outside the normal showing times meetings but also in the way she would regularly update us with progress on how it was going after each showing. Just as important as all the above is the bottom line i.e. results!! In that regard, we secured a great sale that exceeded our expectations thanks to Katrina's skill, negotiating expertise and knowledge! Thanks Katrina we really couldn't be more grateful!!!!!!!!!!
