Amazing Agent

Nicole is an amazing agent. She goes above and beyond to look after her buyers and sellers. She is so understanding and caring. If you want it SOLD Go For GOLD!

Nicole Bragg has now sold 2 properties for me. The most recent property was on the market for an extended period of time approximately 9 months and was contracted under prior agents. It was a hard sell being 1.8 acres on Bruce Highway with nursery infrastructure in place and my unrealistic price within the current market. All agents did all they could but it took someone like Nicole with her very acute awareness of the current market and her database of potential buyers to match this property with the buyer and current owners within a week or so  weeks of prior agency listing expiry. By this time I was truly desperate to sell and move on. If you want something sold this is the person to make it happen. She educated me along the way in setting a realistic current market value despite the passion and work I had put in. If I wanted to sell I had to be in the position to sell and so the property settled within the following 30 days. I would highly recommend that Nicole now vets any future properties that I may potentially be in the market to purchase as I value her opinion very highly. She calls it pretty spot on!
