Great job done

Curtis did a very very good job, he is very diligent (e.g. show property even on non working hour and gather detailed tenants’ history from previous agent) and provides regular updates to let owner know where things are at I will let him to lease my property again, nothing need to worry about if you choose him

Easy and stress free

During this most recent COVID lockdown period we received a termination notice from our previous realestate due to the owners wanting to renovate and sell. This was a really stressful time for us and due to having pets application after application was rejected. Aaron from Brand Property was really friendly and understanding, and when there were no further options with rentals he had on his list he put us in touch with Curtis (also at Brand) who was able to transfer our application and had a positive outcome for us within days. This is a massive weight off our shoulders and best part is we no longer have to consider rehoming our two dogs. Such an easy process and we are hoping the rest of our tenancy with Brand is just as easy.
