•I really appreciated Craig's efforts to run open house, check the tenants applications and communicate with me. The extra effort to ensure I was kept in the loop with explanation as to why some open days and the corresponding applications where considered not appropriate made me feel comfortable. Sonia also provided me with time including onsite discussions to talk about the issues and give me advice and reassurance that cleaning and repair work was focused on the areas of greatest need. Maintaining continuity of staff throughout the process made life easier and saved time. Having staff dedicated to both finding the new tennants and one specifically for my property management, improved the focus and I believe the outcome. While time will tell if these tennant's fulfil their responsibilities, I feel Brand has done all it can to give a good outcome. After having a few issues in the past with changing staff and lack of administrative follow up in writing, Brand has improved the communication with conversation notes being added to my file in case of change of staff. This is very pleasing but time will tell if this continues. Ideally, few issues will arise but the reality is they will and ensuring each house has a file that accurately describes issues assists both managers and owners to keep on the same page and minimise the time spent on managing problems. I am keen to ensure my house is used properly, enjoyed and is kept in good condition so both parties advantage from privacy and on time payments. Brand has enabled me to understand all steps, keep up with my responsibilities and keep a file on some improvements that will assist in my life and the tennants, being secure and private. This was an improved experience from previous times so I would like to thank Brand for improving their systems.
