I can't recommend Kate Hardy enough as a property manager at Brand Property! From the very beginning of our renting journey, Kate has been incredibly helpful and supportive. When we encountered issues upon moving in, Kate went above and beyond by organising tradespeople to address our concerns quickly and efficiently. Her open and honest communication made navigating the frustrating aspects of moving much easier, and we truly appreciated her transparency throughout the process. To top it all off, Kate and her team surprised us with a thoughtful gift basket, which was such a lovely gesture during a time when the move felt overwhelming due to some incomplete work (which was no fault of hers). It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her tenants and their experiences. I am truly grateful for all the effort Kate has put into making our transition as smooth as possible.
