Purchase of my property

Andre Kubecka has been a great source of information since the very beginning. Every time I needed a referral to do my pre-purchase building and pest inspection, he was able to recommend me a trustworthy person in the local area. Nothing was too much trouble with Andre, giving me excellent advice and knowing the market extremely well which was very helpful given that I live in Sydney and wasn't a local of the Central Coast. He was always friendly and did not mess around when it came to negotiating with the vendor. I saw the property in the morning and by midday Andre was able to come back to me with an agreed purchase price. This is the first time I've purchased a property so quickly.
