Full of knowledge about the area

Aaron was great from the very beginning! We wanted somebody who knew the area that we lived in and gave us a real idea about the price that we would sell for. It was such a scary thing for us especially the whole process of never having sold a house before. I felt being a younger couple Aaron did not go on and on about things that we did not want to hear about, he got straight to the point and answered all our questions and we go the ball rolling. Aaron was very professional, confident in himself and his knowledge of the area and his communications skills were great throughout the whole process. Within 24 hours of our house going online we had 3 families come through and make an offer which ended up going above the price we were asking!
