Above and beyond expectations

Matt was proactive right from the beginning, even before he had won the listing. His communication is first rate with regular updates after every open inspection. He has been transparent with all feedback. It was a great result at auction and as a testament to his work, both buyer and vendor were happy with the outcome. BresicWhitney have a great technology platform but they have agents like Matt who are on the phone with you, not just sending out formatted updates. Their marketing is a cut above across the web and social media. I found I got bang for my buck with the marketing. It was well spent on outstanding photography and copy, all aimed at promoting and selling my property first and foremost.
