Off-market success

Very pleased with Blake’s approach to the sale of our Stanmore apartment. He demonstrated thorough knowledge of the local market, provided candid, authentic advice, and had a number of suitable buyers ready to inspect as soon as we were ready. With minimal effort (on our part!), and with relatively little correspondence between Blake during the sale, we achieved an off-market sale at a price we believe represented good market value.
