Keeping A Challenging Process Simple & Clear

The process of buying and selling a home is very stressful as you never quite know what to expect or what you should be doing as a vendor, you are constantly questioning yourself and your actions. Louise was very professional and made the process very clear and simple to us, if we had questions throughout the process she took the time to understand our concerns and give us a clear answer / explanation. Louise took us through the marketing process / results weekly and explained what that meant for our sale and upcoming auction. Prior to the auction and on the day we were taken through the process and all the steps that could happen to help us feel comfortable on the day. At the auction Louise kept us well informed on all of the bids and bidders, she continually told us our options and was very clear this was our decision and didn't make us feel pressured to make a decision due to time on the day. I would be happy to recommend Louise to any future vendors along with the Bresic Whitney staff that I met through our campaign.
