Friendly, accessible and easy

Sally made the buying process easy and helped to explain a lot of the process, as the first home buyers we are. Highly responsive and available even after hours, which helped to put our minds at ease and made for a smooth process.

The most honest, hard-working agent in Sydney

Sally is one in a million. In a marketplace which has the integrity of Harvey Weinstein, she is a shining light, a star going nova in the otherwise pitch-black vacuum of space. Where areas are saturated with over-the-top videos which add cost upon cost, gimmicks and unknowns, Sally leverages her trustworthiness and interpersonal skills to match the right buyer with the right seller, because both parties know and feel her care and attention to their needs and goals. Sally's rare approach consists of up-front honesty. She puts in the time to give you a valuation which is realistic and set your expectations properly, and I know this from experience because in a previous sale I let a slicker agent convince me away from her and it cost me thousands more in marketing and commission for a result which was exactly where she had calculated it. When it came time to sell again, we acted without hesitation. The result was one we couldn't be happier with- settlement came in above her valuation (always a nice surprise), with a fantastic and lovely buyer, in a market which was struggling and sluggish. She was there each weekend working hard to get people in the door, providing feedback and modifying strategies as we went in order to maximise the outcomes. Her approach also minimised our costs which added extra money on the back end, always something to consider. She has a knack for knowing exactly how much is enough for a property to get people interested without going overboard and that attention to the needs of the sellers is actually incredibly unique. Sally's results are a testament to her ethos, her quiet achievement and pragmatic approaches being something of an oddity in the market. She consistently over-delivers and that is so much more valuable than over-promising. I would recommend her any day of the week and twice on Sundays.
