Since building the property only a couple of years ago, we haven’t had the opportunity to really enjoy it due to being based interstate for work. We spent a long time choosing the right layout and spent a lot of money making it suit exactly what we wanted. It certainly isn’t a typical home and we hope the next owners will be able to take advantage of that.
We are only selling the property as after 2 years, it is unlikely that we will return to Griffin, so it made sense to allow someone else to enjoy it!
