WOW! What an experience
This is the first time I have dealt with PLACE Aspley and I have been "blown away" with the whole experience of renting a home. Starting at the prompt rental inspections with professional friendly staff. Continuing through to rental application which was welcomed at the office and we were made to feel very welcomed, with high levels of communication. At the time of signing our new rental agreement, we were welcomed with the friendly professional staff and we were made to feel important and comfortable. Samantha's wealth of knowledge of the RTA was very impressive which made signing of our tenancy agreement an ease and very professional. A gift of brownies was also a highlight, the best brownies I have ever experienced. We collected the keys on the first day of our tenancy agreement and this was done with ease. All the paperwork, keys and helpful tips were provided. We walked away with an amazing "PLACE Aspley" experience and I will talk about this to everyone I know.
