Greatest Property Managers I’ve dealt with

The team at Stone Aspley have been managing my investment property for many years now. Every time we need new tenants, Stone Aspley always find the right ones. Our property is thoroughly inspected regularly, and I believe due to this, our investment property is always in good order. Stone, Aspley always manage to get a rental return that I’m amazed by. Friendly and professional service

Stone Real Estate has communicated in a professional, timely and friendly manner throughout our experience with them. They have answered all of our queries in great detail, and displayed immaculate knowledge of comparable properties that allowed us to choose the perfect rental for our needs. We have communicated with a few of their property managers in the reasonably short time we have been in contact with them, and each of them have been equally helpful throughout, from the request for inspections, to the immediate actioning for the minor repairs required since moving into the house that we are extremely happy to be residing in. We even received a welcome present, which we have not had from any other real estate, which demonstrates just how well they treat all of their clients. I'd highly recommend them for all property needs, from rentals of small apartments to selling of high end houses. They strive to make everyone feel equally important, which is quite rare, and much appreciated.
